The arrangement delivered was really beautiful and looked very full (not a lot of filler or cheaper flowers). However it looked almost nothing like the photo of the arrangement that I ordered “Pinking of You”. I understand that substitutions sometimes have to be made but I would have appreciated a heads up in this case.

First time ordering from this place and was happy with my purchase. Recipient said that the delivery guy was nice and polite. Overall happy with the product and service.
